Have you ever read H.P. Lovecraft?
We hadn’t, and we were surprised to discover how poetic The Colour out of Space is. He penned the story in 1927. The story is image-rich and lyrical.
It’s a perfect story to turn into a graphic novel. (And we’re delighted that Sara Barkat has done that.)

Then fell the time of fruit and harvest. The pears and apples slowly ripened, and Nahum vowed that his orchards were prospering as never before. The fruit was growing to phenomenal size and unwonted gloss, and in such abundance that extra barrels were ordered to handle the future crop.
